English: A painting by Edward Moran depicting the unveiling of the Statue of Liberty on October 28, 1886. This was an actual historical event near Bedloe's Island in which thousands of spectators gathered in boats for the dedication of statue.

The Museum uses Cornell University Library Copyright Information Center's resource, Copyright Term and the Public Domain in the United States, to make these determinations. Best wishes..."
