Kanak Baran Barua (born 1955) is a prolific Bangladeshi educationist and writer. He was recognised as Google Scholar & Semantic Scholar 9^ for his contribution of Research Articles ^[1] and published in ResearchGate.net,Germany^[ 2 ]& Allen’s Institute, Washington, USA.^10

Early Life and Career

Barua was born in 1955 in Aburkhil Village, Raozan Upazila, Chittagong District to Rohini Ranjan Barua and Bishakha Barua.

Barua started his career as a lecturer at Chakaria Government University College and latter as Head & Professor of Biology at Chakaria Government University College.

Barua served as the life member of Bangladesh Boudha Kristi Prachar Sangha & was an Executive Member of Central Committee of Bangladesh Boudha Kristi Prachar Sangha.^[ 7 ]. He is the Founder President, C EO & Research Director of Buddhist Glimpse for Research Centre, Chittagong, Bangladesh. He is recently worked as Research Manager,CEO at Excellence Centre of History, Culture & Heritage, Chittagong, Bangladesh.

Personal Life

Barua has two sons, Dr.Ashin Barua and Dr. Saurav Barua.
